Before NÉYVA became a lighting brand, it began with a fascination for nature an appreciation of form, and an abstract scientific background.
Years spent studying biological structures, natural balance and the patterns found throughout living systems revealed something unexpected: that nature does not design to impress, but to endure. Its beauty lies in logic, proportion and restraint.
As lifelong creative this perspective would later evolve further during a career in the international lighting industry, where Renée worked for several years as Creative Director at a worldwide known high-end lighting brand. In that role, she explored the intersection of craftsmanship, luxury materials and atmospheric lighting on a global scale.
But even within the world of high-end design, her fascination and vision remained rooted elsewhere: in the quiet intelligence of nature and the way it shapes form without intention.
